admin 49189474c1 fix(mobile): 主管待复盘筛选胶囊大字档横滑防换行 ...

大字/超大字档下筛选行有效宽度收窄，胶囊文字被挤成两行。
改为胶囊条 flex 不收缩 + 横向滚动 + 文字 nowrap，排序按钮固定右侧。
三档（standard/large/extra-large）截图验证通过。
