full-view comparison evidence: local Chrome screenshots were captured at mobile viewport and compared against the supplied PNG prototypes.
focused region comparison evidence: checked header, first task/team card, tool/todo cards, and fixed bottom navigation; no focused crop needed after final pass.

findings:
- No actionable P0/P1/P2 findings remain. Remaining differences are acceptable prototype constraints: avatar portraits are lightweight local CSS portraits instead of photo assets, and candidate copy is role-specific because the candidate reference image duplicates the employee layout.

patches made since previous QA pass:
- Rebuilt `mobile/src/App.vue` around the three prototype layouts.
- Removed the visible API placeholder note from the home screens.
- Switched the app style from scoped to global so render-function child nodes receive button, card, and icon styles.
- Reduced top spacing and aligned sub-640px rendering to the mobile viewport.

final result: passed
