Subject: [PATCH] fix(mobile): precise centering in ask page switch and
 composer

Replace line-height centering with flex + fixed heights, and swap
emoji/unicode glyphs (＋ × ⌨ 🎤) for uni-icons vector icons so
alignment and rendering are consistent across platforms.
